Case Studies
We keep our proof public — real clients, real numbers, and a link to the live site so you can check our work. Here’s our flagship build.
A 28-location automotive paint, body, and collision-supply wholesaler — and the first real digital-marketing investment its ownership had ever made.
A four-page website builder site with no individual location pages, no Spanish, and no way for customers to reach a specific store. Search visibility was limited almost entirely to the company’s own brand name — just 306 organic keywords when we started.
An audit and keyword strategy, then a ground-up rebuild delivered in 26 days — four days ahead of a 30-day deadline. The new site: 73 pages on a 46-page architecture with full English and Spanish versions of every page, 28 unique location pages (each with real Google reviews and store details), 28 location contact forms, and complete local-business schema. Built static on Cloudflare — fast, secure, and near-zero hosting cost — with a full 301 redirect map, GA4/GSC set up, and every account owned by the client.
The rebuilt site now ranks for the non-branded searches customers actually use — top-ten positions for high-intent queries like “car paint supply near me,” “body shop supply near me,” and, for the first time, Spanish-language searches. Organic keyword count grew 128% (306 → 699) in the first months, and roughly three-quarters of clicks now come from non-branded search rather than the company’s own name — the sign of a business getting found, not just looked up. Every number here is sourced, and every page ships at 100/100 Lighthouse.
A women-owned Chicagoland personal-injury firm on a dated WordPress site — indexed for the biggest PI searches, but ranking where nobody clicks. So we rebuilt the whole thing. (Anonymized; search and build metrics only — never case outcomes.)
Their legacy WordPress site was indexed for the biggest personal-injury searches — motorcycle, truck, and bicycle accident lawyers — with hundreds of thousands of impressions on each page. But every one of those pages ranked at position 40–70, where nobody clicks. Over 1.4 million impressions of ranking potential across 16 months, and roughly 1,950 clicks to show for it — almost all of them brand searches. A rebuild done carelessly throws all of that equity away.
A full ground-up rebuild on the same fast static Astro/Cloudflare stack this site runs on. Every one of 41 pages backed by SEMrush keyword research with SERP-intent verification; a locked, client-approved practice-area taxonomy across 15 PI verticals; original content written for each page; internal links built cluster-to-pillar as we authored; per-page legal schema (LegalService, Attorney, LocalBusiness, FAQ); full Illinois ARDC compliance (advertising and prior-results disclaimers); a custom intake pipeline (Cloudflare Worker + Resend + Turnstile with a fallback); and Google Business Profile reviews wired in. Then the migration — a verified 301 map moving every ranking URL to its new home, winners kept slug-for-slug, with zero redirect chains and zero 404s, and the old WordPress site kept live 30 days as a safety net.
Launched in about a week. Every impression of hard-won search equity carried through the cutover — now pointed at pages actually built to rank instead of languishing at position 60. The firm went from invisible-but-indexed to a modern, compliant, fast foundation, and its organic keyword footprint has already grown 2.2× as the new pages mature. A real law-firm website, built to compound.
