The story

That was my real education: SEO is hard to explain, which makes it easy to fake, and a lot of the industry gets away with exactly that. I learned the right way by watching the wrong way up close.

Years inside a massive company taught me the other half of the problem: too big, too slow, too many people in unnecessary roles, where getting anything approved takes forever for no reason beyond rules nobody remembers making.
